Congratulations Grade 9s

Happy Monday!

It’s hard to believe we’re already entering our final full week of the school year—and what a memorable one we’ve had! Last week, we proudly celebrated our Grade 9 students with a beautiful Grade 9 Farewell ceremony. It was a heartfelt event that recognized their journey at Fultonvale and sent them off with excitement and pride as they prepare for high school.

Looking ahead, there’s no slowing down as we wrap up the year with several exciting events and celebrations! This week includes Provincial Achievement Tests, Grade 7 and 8 Common Exams, our Grade 1–6 Track & Field Day (if we get rained out on Thursday, the concession will still be held on Thursday for elementary students), National Indigenous Peoples Day presentations, and our Junior High Awards Assembly where we’ll celebrate academic excellence and citizenship among our Grades 7–9 students.

We are also still looking for Noon Hour Supervisors for the 2025–26 school year. If you or someone you know is interested in supporting our students during the lunch hour, we’d love to hear from you!

Thank you for being part of an incredible year—let’s finish strong and make the most of these final days together.

It's a great week for a great week!

Did you know? - Summer Work

When schools are closed during the summer, many EIPS staff are still hard at work. School staff create lesson plans, engage in professional development and take part in other activities to help enhance student success. Several staff will also support EIPS Summer School. Additionally, Central Services staff work through the break to prepare for the upcoming school year, from staff recruitment to school repairs and more. In mid-August, school staff return to their schools to get ready to welcome students back to class.
